Judge Weighs NYT Bid to Block Pentagon Press Limits

A federal judge is deciding whether to back The New York Times in its lawsuit against the Pentagon's controversial new policy that lets officials yank journalists' press passes for simply asking questions. The policy kicked in last October, prompting nearly the entire Pentagon press corps to ditch their badges and walk out in protest.
